In what country are we? Were are the feuding and gun-firing congress now to stomp out the oil barrons, the communication barrons of the 00's, as aposed to the railroad barrons of the 90s-10s?
The turn of the century, the millenium, and still we have barrons of communication and energy. Still, we have plantations of tobacco the government tags as cancer causeing and dangerous, yet the government subsidizes these farmers to produce a toxic product. Huh?
Schools failing to meet certain scholastic criteria are closed and the students sent to "water down" other schools otherwise meeting the scholastic standards. Is that really helping?
Schools are integrated, but there are fewer adults in the buildings and there are fewer "discipline options" and really funding prevents opportunities to "good" students.
The citizens call out impeachment much like recount, recall and free fries. Bush impeachment ... why? Bill, liar, I could see, but Bush has done nothing impeachable. He has done many, many, many publicly denounced actions, but nothing illegal, as it were. My tangent would be the authorization to enter Iraq, but that is another story. One man cannot force the actions of so many. Orders, if faulty or stated from a powerless position may be ignored. A private directing superiors to attacks don't make it happen and a general directing the army to fire upon itself doesn't fall under the category of punishable of "not following orders"
In a small story, the local paper ackowledged that a school applied common sense to a policy and didn't suspend or expell students for exchanging and dispensing cough drops (under broader interpretation a drug, therefore dispensing of drugs is suspendable / expellable offense). Yay for them for uing that matter incased in their skulls.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.

Western Digital takes licking
and starts rattling. I believe that the drive is spinning, but the USB connection in the unit -- popped off. It had all my music, but I'll seek a cheparer (or faster) way than the overcharging Geek Squad for data transfer from working drive to working drive. Let's see. hook up drive, 10 minutes. Dump data from bad drive to new drive -- simple, start and it'll finish when its done. Is that work? It certainly sounds like charging for 5 - 10 minutes. They're prices for that are more like lawyer fees.

picking candidates
like picking your nose is gross, limitedly productive and leaves you unclean. Moreover, like 47 other states, I must "declare" a party for the primary (buffoon selection 1) and elect under vice secretary to the assistance tax assessor treasurer of a county. Does the party matter then ... do they earn much ... no and no. I can't believe that they have much of a budget. I do, however expect deception from a candidate, whose supporters can finance a whole billboard on a main thorofare.
Another bad ad campaign (flyer) I read had a vision statement ... poorly done and bad idea.
How about a nice little questionaire for all persons on the ballot? Include on this pre-entry exam: understanding of job for which s/he is petitioning, specific listing of relevant experience, kinetic / dynamic / static perspective (change of satus quo and capability to do so, improvement of self and trickle down to all tangents, keeping the status quo).
I don't know more than I know on any of these people. I can thankfully say that I don't have any affiliates to which I owe favors when voting. I still feel disenfranchised, stripped of power and intentionally held ignorant, yet belittled if not exercising (not performing) voting in this runners up circle event known as primaries.
I feel equally poor at the official voting in fall.

blankity blank blank blog
I feel like a southern task master ... picking on the ethnically different ... it's really based on behavior, but it grates on me that I give the appearance that I'm a racist with my usual suspects for punishment. With this class I also seem to "select" males for punishment more often than females. I try to be impartial and fair, but I feel that it never looks that way. It haunts me -- man of the sheet not the cloth. I know that I'm not, but I think that it appears otherwise.

You may have
the blood of Christ (which happens to be alcohol), but you may not dance. Huh? If your religion defines lines that are counter to your thining, you must either:
accept the teachings or
accept your opinions.
Does dancing lead to sex? Especially for the bride and groom. Isn't that the procreative function of the relationship and Catholically writing, the way to get more Baptists? Dancing leads to more congregation ... hmmmmm ... the _____ church hosts the Welcome "new (prenatal) Baptists.

Fire!
i Que arriba ! Was uss mench?
No remorse, regret; we don't care, what it meant. Another day, another, another sorrow, another breath. Climb every mountain, sail every sea, conquer every idealistic moment, until you sow your seed. That's a bad idea. That's like castor oil democracy. Take it and _____ regularly. That's right! Take California .... please? I wanna throw a fit about someting a part of which I am not ... I rebel against my daughter, whose guardianship I lost (go figure) to have to say "God" in her pledge. Nag, nag, nag ... but I'll be damned if I'll do a _____ thing about anything significant.
Say, like the lunatic fringe with the woman seeking audience with Bush, despite the VERY rare personal talk with him. HINT: VERY FEW PEOPLE get to talk with any President, let alone, more than once. Give that dead idea a break. He died. Okay. He joined a system where that was a possibility. It's done. Sad that siutations were that he died, but that is that. A soldier is dead.
Meanwhile, Bush is making, well, some decisions that don't play well with the media or the poulace. His cabinet should advise him to either: do things covertly or play more to the popular opinion ... passing the bill ... bad idea, posioning the Republican party. Does he not understand that? Bill Clinton was THE politician ... telling what the people wanted to hear while he was stealing their wallets. He was the political theif ... brilliant in theft, but not best suited for the job.

You say that [name deleted] is supposed to be dead, but is "listed" otherwise.
Yes.
I understand that you wish to have a cause of death?
Yes. I was under the impression it was ... suicide: by way of self-inflicted strangulation
... hmmm ... writing is a little unclear on that.
Oh, sorry ... asphyxiation
Yes. I see here that, according to the report, that the person, while showing signs of mild trauma and ligature marks, was found dead, bound at the wrists in a closed garage. A car was either running or had run and exhuasted its fuel.
Yes. That's what I "have".
Great. I understand that that this is a "clarification"

an oil bath, thank the maker
We've all got a mission in life
We get into different ruts
Some are just cogs on the wheels
Others are just plain nuts
Science is some folks calling
Others pilot a ship
My mission in life stated simply is
A moustache on every lip
She was an acrobat's daughter
She swung by her teeth from a noose
But one matinee her bridgework gave way
And she flew through the air like a goose
My name is Daffy Duck
I work on the merry-go-round
The job was swell, I did quite well
'Till the merry-go-round broke down
The guy that worked with me
Was a horse with the lavender eye
Around in whirls we winked at girls
'Till the merry-go-round broke down
Up and down and around it we sped
The dizzy pace soon went to my head
Now you know why I'm dizzy
And do the things I do
I am askew and you'd be too
When the merry-go-round broke down
Yes the merry go round broooookkkkkkeeeeeeeeee.... down

He pull’s out his handcuffs and lay them busters down
They got witnesses, said
I think I'm going down
I can't believe this happenin, my partners all layin down
If I had wings I could fly
let me contemplate
I glanced in the jury and I see my an escape
Twelve in the jury, one in the hole
Mastermind about to make some bodies turn cold
now talkin and debatin
it's a tad bit late
Mastermind and Reinquest had to legislate
I laid all them busters down
I let my mind explode
now I'm switching my mind back into cash mode

Wop bam boom!
Got a girl named Nancy Cohen ... she's from Facts of Life and smaller works. She was the "fat, strong character" who you thought would be the high school mentality -- always fat. I was looking up Nicole Mckenzie, whom I favored, but there wasn't a recent picture. She was the "wild one". It's odd, thinking that I remember my high school thinking -- I guess since MR mentioned another ruddy class reunion, to which I will not attend, that I got to thinking about it.
For practicality, use and nostalgia, I put together the Schoolhouse Rock songs for the kids at school. Some of them knew the Conjunciton, Junction, but didn't know the others. Funny that I'm Just a Bill and C J were the most notable. I liked them then and I like them now. They had some groups do newer versions of the songs, but they blew chunks and sucked up navel lint.

Madagascar
or how to put together 6 ideas into a group of 5 with, dubious linkage with the penguins. It was okay, with a typical, unnecessary curse inuendo ... "Hoover Dam!" Why not just skip that? Anyway ... okay, disallusionment, redemption, true friendship, and it was 72-82 minutes. It wasn't a 4 hour movie (Peter Jackson ... paying attention to this?) The dry spells, while visually interesting, still would wane on the mind of the youth. They needed to accelerate a few areas, but overall okay ... with 25% re-viewability. There were no strong songs or (I missed that, surprises).

$135 and all I got was this stinking battery?!
I had two batteries, both dying and unchargable. I bought a typical battery for my laptop. Cripes! It was $135 for a chunk of metal, plastic and 0.6% liquid CDLI. Thankfully Dell shipped it next day and I got it a day after paying for it. It works fine, but it's not like a new car, or new anything. It's a battery or a replacement part that isn't shiny or fancy or much of anything. When you invest, you expect to get something, rather than typical operation. That's what I got ... expected operation. It had to be done.

Running with scissors
I've missed out on many things, put myself behind and have in all other ways defeated me in a vain effort not to do so. Time cruching and number count down, I have failed on so many fronts. In my work, I see phtfft! I try and, being a critic of my own work, dislike anything that I claim as worthy or worthwhile!

parody on justice
confining a few, in favor of the protection for most, still I then am bound and tethered to those whom I choose. I choose not, those because they're great, wonderful, grand associates, but because they're the cause of the pain of frustration ... a temporary martyr diving on the grenade to shield all others from a nasty explosion. I hate it. It still has a cost. Those, worst offenders, see that they are confined, but not assaulted and so offend again. The penalty isn't one, save for the prosecution -- me. No more I say, but find that it's only talk. My series of profanities are saved for the decades-dead keyboard and blank paper before its mauling.

Bang bang bang go my morals
My feelings of morality are, well, that I'm a sinful sod. I have principles but am willing to defy them in favor of certain situations. Headstrong, headlong, I plunge into the quagmire known as the gray area where thinking is allowed, but prompt action is required. Given circumstances where to act in my moral front (template) is to bring harm to others and to not act is to bring harm to others. Pitted now against the code of realism and pragmatism or stark reality and preference, my desires are immaterial to reality. So, I boldly hurt some to not hurt others. Some pay, my soul pays, my mind pays and takes its toll on me -- conscious reminding me like a mirror, of who I am. What have I done ... forever it pains me ... I can't change what I have done, but I wouldn't change it, the other possibility is equally terrible or worse. In the end, I haven't surrendered my morals, nor put them on a shelf, but rather see that taking pain in one way is no worse than pain in another and the I haven't circumvented my morals in favor of the fast and easy way. I do accept that I'm selfish.

Monkeyjack's philosophy bantering
and the concept of moral choices and sin.
In such a case where you are pitted again life pain and sinning, to where you kill another person or innocent and "guilty" people, do you sin or make a loss in your life and your family's life (life in prison, or long sentence due to you not sinning and killing another person)?
Monkeyjack came up with hypothetical question after question -- some so fictional, there was no reason to answer them, but I surpirsed him with my capacity and willingness to sin, with my understanding (concept) that often you are pitted with two sins -- weigh them as you might, which do you choose. I chose the more "evil" as it were, the darker, more seductive, easier option. I would kill, but I understand killing is a sin, that I claim that I would choose, in favor on another sin or failing that isn't killing.
I believe we met at a point that, at some point in time, many people who wouldn't kill, would -- given the right circumstance -- say to kill a home-invader rather than have them kill a loved one (or loved ones) or a "rational transaction, one life for billions", "needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the fewer or the one".
My anger arises from the fact that the world and society has more and more situations where killing (from a certian perspective "point of view") is preferential to not killing -- not to say that it makes more sense, as killing, itself is wasteful and illogical. Translated also to other forms of life. Is it reasonable to kill, to get something out of your way?
That, limited to classical and neo-classical theology and philosphy, of souled creatures, namely humans, still limits people in their responses to difficult and angonizing situations. Someone will kill a loved one if you don't kill them: a perp with a gun is aiming to shoot your spouse. You are in a car heading toward that person. Would you stop (not killing that person because killing is illogical and sinful) or would you continue and kill the person, saving your loved one? My answer is quick -- kill the perp, save the loved one.
Do I kill bugs? No. I try to relocate bugs that shouldn't be in the house, like bees, wasps, moths, etc. I do kill mosquitoes because they may be a health threat -- protection of self and others (but primarily self). I don't kill flies either, though they don't discriminate food and are usually laden with gunk, but there are so many species, some are selective, including pollenators who feed from flowers (bee in appearance). Insects, spiders, etc. serve a purpose and it's wasteful to extinguish them for no gain, save your personal glory of getting them out of sight or victory over a small opponent.
To summarize our 90 minute discussion, including Monkeyjack's my preference to not join the military to achieve military goals is that, if you can have a life where you don't face sin or sin, it's better, as people tend to sin, though they ignore it... and people tend to destroy out of malice (and enjoyment) rather than be pestered by a small nusance. In this case, I'm selfish and would prefer to not have more tax dollars spent on permanent incarceration (the way it is presently set up and the total cosets for execution) and have convicts pose a real threat to the public by possible escape or pardoning, or release to commit more crimes as they are not educated to re-enter society. I would prefer to kill people who can't and won't be released, rather than pay for their existence. That is a selfish view ... I know.

A note on Smash Brothers
One: I was going to write that Charlie looked like a cowboy after 13 hours in the saddle trying to get to the pot.
It was a fun time with the battles and Monkeyjack winning it often with his Yosho eating and pooping -- how ironic, his enemies in wonderful, again ironically Easter-like dragon shells. I could never get the ruddy hold button to work well, but the Pichachu was a nice even character that lent me fewer deaths.
Two: When falling, carrying an opponent, don't throw them to safety and still fall to your end. I saved Yoshi, and poor Donkey Kong plumetted out of sight. Nice move!

different kind of Spring cleaning
Finding wasp and bee hives and sadly destroying them so they find and make a new one somewhere else. Interstingly enough, there is an old hive in the garage, I never before noticed. There's a small access hole in a 2x4. Sometime I'll rip it out and find out how large the hive has been these couple of years.

defense
Your honor, ladies and gentleman of the jury, I offer the defense of idiosyncratic hatred, on the part of my client in the shooting deaths of several unrelated people.
Let me tell you of the circumstances of my client, the alleged uptown spree-kiler.
My client had only just left the indoor firing range, which later is was discovered that there were multiple shootings; might I say, possibly after my client left ... when he pulled into the parking lot to get some groceries. At this time, he rather forgot his handgun, but I would like to remind you that he often doesn't lock his doors. Because he took the gun with him, on accident, it prevented anyone from stealing it from his car and being used to commit crimes, or worse that a child might accidently shoot the weapon.
After a few mintues of shopping, my client was waiting in line, and waiting and waiting. The woman ahead of him stood there for a good ten minutes before realizing that the cashier had asked her, "paper or plastic". Finally she can begin loading bags and scanning more items, and still the store didn't open any more lanes. By this time, my client was getting aggitated and having stood all day, was tired and had missed breakfast that morning.
I will add here, that they fouled up his order at the fast food checkout during lunch and failed to give him all of this change (23 cents).
The woman ahead of him decided that she didn't want half of the items after they were scanned, though she knew the prices. She went through each bag, emptying it entirely until she found an item here or there that she didn't want, forcing the cashier to rebag it all.
This had been now 24 minutes that my client was waiting. After all of the messing around with the items, the total was $4.65 less. She was ready to check out, but then argued about the prices on two of the items. My client then nicely offered to pay for the items ("Just let me pay for the ("four profain terms here, you three profain terms here "), his comment was a little less plain, but she declined with a sneer. She spent another 10 minutes counting out change and finding that she was 10 cents short, would write a check, but declined the twenty pens she was offered by the people at the store, for they weren't her "special ___________ pen".
My client hoped that he could save the people behind him some grief by pulling out his wallet early, but mistakenly pulled on the handle of the gun. He naturally didn't want it to fall, so juggled it until he had control of it, as it then pointed directly at the lady ahead of him. At this time, she said, "Look sonny ..." (touching the gun with her hand, which put enough pressure on my client's difficult grasp on the gun that it discharged. It was in this scared state that he instinctively pulled the trigger several more times, all the bullets entering into Marge Botox, killing her.
That was sad, and my client's reaction was strange, in that he just wanted now to check out and leave the store. The people all around him were panicked and some started making phone calls. Again, more time wasted. He yelled to the, perhaps stunned, perhaps high cashier to check out the groceries, but she didn't. It was at this time that he again began to lose his grip on his gun, he was quite tired now, and it discharged again through the register and into Wanda's shoulder, where she fell to the floor. None of the other employees would check out his groceries, so he grabbed them, throwing money on the counter and leaving.
He foolishly fired a couple of times at bothersome insects, striking two people calling on their cellphones. He angerly left the store and tried to get out of the parking lot, where he had to again wait while some poorer drivers idled time away deciding where to park and re-attempt to park several times, so that the car was straight. One person preventing him from leaving, so he again, so he shot in the air -- so he thought, because of his super loud horn tends to scare people.
His nearly defrosted meat was dripping everywhere, so he was in a panic to get home. Naturally when the cops were behind him, he should have pulled over, but he was not thinking clearly about that, but rather of the wasted if the meat went bad. It was sheer accident when the gun went off in the officers direction when he tried to enter the house.
Having spent his entire clip of bullets by now, he thoughtlessly changed clips -- as he was at target practice today, as I had mentioned. Now very weak, he went to put away groceries and found that the door was stuck. He shot at the door to open it, but was a poorer shot now because of his weariness, which is why three officers were shot. He was just putting away the groceries, when the officers broke in, wrecking his new door, frame and security devices. May I add that the officers had broken windows also.
He didn't want any accidently shootings, is why he didn't immediately drop his weapon. So as you see, the days events were merely a long string of accidents, so my client is not guity. If you find that he is guilty, you must find him guilty by reason of idiosyncratic hatred, in that mindless waiting, especially for stupid others puts him in a fight or flight heightened level of excitement, eager to end his waiting.
Thank you.

Bagatells
You're not really here ... you're in a place, thinking and playing. Where you find you can predict ... you're going the right way. Life, inevitably is an infocom game, much like Zork, but with better graphics.
You see an interviewer behind a desk. He's standing looking at you with a hand extanded offering you a job.
Take job.
I see no job here.
Take offer.
....
I don't know what an "offer" is.
Leave.
Are you sure you don't want the job?
Take job.
I see no job here.
Get job.
That's a good idea!
Talk to interviewer.
Interviewer smiles and offers his hand.
Take hand.
Which one?
Take interviewer.
How romantic.
Take interviewer hand.
You have accepted job as, "deep fryer cook".
(re-reading .....)
(look ... interveiwer for Megaplex Copeland Gigasphere Sharpland ... executive .... salary $102,450 ... probationary period ... 25 years ... full investment at 17 years .... entry level $14 K ... signed ... Joe Didn't-Bother-to-read-fine-print)
Damn!
I see no water here.
____________!
.... I see no ___________ here. Besides, you went before the interview,
Upgrade level.
How?
Take executive.
How romantic.
Slay man.
Devil?
Kill interviewer.
You pull out your rapier and kife and hack the unsuspecting interviewer into pieces. His screams didn't go unnoticed and the secretary has called security who also called the cops.
You are in a small room withe a desk and two chairs.
A dead interviewer is here.
_____!
______ who?
______!
I'm not sure I understand how you're using _____.
You hear sirens.
Jump out window.
If only there were a window.
Exit room.
I can't do that.
East.
You open the door and everyone is gone. Papers are on the floor, as if people left in a hurry. The elevators are running.
Pick up papers.
Don't waste your time.
East.
You can't go that way.
The elvators are on floor 8.
Kill self.
What is a self?
Kill me.
I can't do that.
The elevators open up and the police direct you to drop your weapons. There is a stuggle and you are shot several times. They put you on a stretcher and are handcuffed while in hospital. The sad news is, while you recover mostly from your wounds, you are found guility of first-degree murder and are sentenced to death. During a long battle in the courts, your death sentences is commuted and just in time. Your long-time prison friend Hal, and you are going to get married.
The End.

Bore (the movie)
Hey! The Earth's entertainment is slowing. We must drive to the center of it to find a way to reheat it. I know... let's run more Will & Grace, Brokeback Mountain, Matrix TV series, evening soaps, 45-season shows, newer and exciting sports X-Games of mud flats roll-car rock climbing, "Who Wants to be Kansas Governor?", Badmitten court TV, "My Three Wives (filmed on location in Utah), Leave It To Cleaver (SCI: 1940s), All In the !@#!@#! Family (00's update), Whose Job is it Anyway?
What's really bad is that the trash on Jerry Springer are terrible. Who watches the show, those people who live it and see it every day. Why?
I stopped watching TV very often. I used to watch Cartoon Network at night, but skip it! There isn't bunk on TV I like. There's hardly a movie I don't cripe about. Doubtful that the enterainment industry would cater to me, but I'd like something that, ya know ... entertains or educates or edutains. New Dectectives used to do this, but they really ticked me off with the 5 minute story stretched out to 40 minutes with 2, 5-minute stories after that of ... we found a dead body and a guy standing next to it with the murder weapon and found that ... uh, he did it.
Discovery also has a "history researcher" who tries to answer questions no one is asking ... did the Nile River really hold Aryian artifacts that the Egyptians knew and used to build the pyramids 5400 B.C. ? I'll spend the next two hours coming close to nothing then being debunked at the end. Thanks for watching. How about Behind the Music of say ... Yani? How about those annoying persons in music like, John Tesh, Enya's ninth unintelligible CD, completely forgotten one hit almost wonders on the top 100 charts never getting to top 40 ... say top 75?
NYPD BULL_____. Next episode ... nudity! Oh ... it's some guy's butt! Great ... I'm done with that show. Cutting edge ... profanity ... that's outrageous, right?!
How about, a good old fashioned funny show with no need for language censors. _____, I remember picture pages with Bill Cosby. I remember using so much foul language and still ... such rude (while rare) comments that I don't need TV to say them outloud. I'd like to see a fiction, you know, like the bad guy trying to kife a cop is killed on the spot. I'd like to see people saying stupid things to each other while going through mundane tasks, not waiting for a laugh track or "live studio audience"
Entertain me with life, fiction that's funny or makes me happy. People in a house for 10 criping about their shirts -- uh, doesn't make me laugh. Also, if the show has to tell you when to laugh (laugh track) it isn't funny.
If the miltary wants to defer some costs, how about "virtual bombing", where you get to select a bomb that already has a target, and you buy it for say, $50 and get the video of it destroying your target. There are some people, I believe, who would pay for the satisfaction that their bomb (adopt a target) did successful hit the target and help support the country, war effort, and military. The statements of, lack-of patriotism due to dis-satisfaction with the war could be changed from "buy war bonds" to "buy liberation bombs".
BTW: I don't like politics, it isn't just this administration, as it were, for congress too writes and passes law
Entertain me by having some air-force one pranks "punk'd" (crude urbanlect) on violnt criminals. "You are free ..."
"Prisoner is escaping" ... fire!
[blam blam blam] chaos, massacre, paperwork and overall lower cost -- it should be a criminal-free society

blinks passerby
Time to make the donuts.
I made the donuts.
(meeting yourself coming)
I don't really sleep. I rest and feel unrested. I think that I either: have a fight club somewhere (sans the violence) or I don't know how to mentally and emotionally unload anymore. I think that latter is more likely. I hardly feel refreshed. At one point in time, I could take a 20 minute solid nap and be refreshed for 24 hours. Now, I don't really rest ... I dream and think and don't ever slow in thinking.

hippy hydra bat
Another half day with the kids paying half attention. They are sweet and have resigned themselves to the fact that I'm going to be with them for a while. There was a hurry, a flush ... I forgot we were supposed to watch a video ... oh, well ... Monday!
I got body checked, accidently by Mackenzie, who, of course, continued to body check me while I made noise because of it. Izaiah hugs every adult ... it's his thing. Dawson hugs me -- daily.
We wiped out more work, having an understanding of cm and inches today ... the difference between the two, somewhat.
2 weeks of plans ... my mind is stirring, which is better than what it was doing at 2:35 ... I think my tiredness was making me drool. I passed out from poor sleep, for tomorrow I'll be chauffer for a non-driver.
In the world of the cryptic and strange, Lori called me about a wedding I'm supposed to photograph. Interestingly enough, I asked a few times about it, with no results. Now, apparently, this person is panicking about it. I didn't call her because I didn't have the number. I called today, but nothing. I guess it's not that big of a deal, right?
Catch this! Lori doesn't know the person's last name. I think I have a solution:
Don't ger involved very far with people you don't know. If you don't know their last name, then you don't really know them. I'm worse here ... a third party, who's never met her. I said yes, why?

winding down
Easter bonnets, spring sonnets, flowers blooming, minds zooming. The lot of them have their heads in the clouds. They finish spring break, come back for parent-teacher conferences and then a three day weekend. Thank you Jesus (not a slander ... think about my statement)!
Bunnies and Monday burdens with two types of returning students --- sleepy, sugar crash, and zippy -- high on sugar. It'll be a fun, fun, fun day!
This year ... the family will converge for the first time on Easter with the many dogs ... staying at home? They are coming up for hours only on Sunday from Indy area. What a difficult day and Monday for all of them. I liked the idea of a picnic somewhere in the middle ... Munice, Gas City? That's not going to happen. Wacky, late ... hurried ... it'll be what it'll be.
Happy Easter to you all!
Thanks to Bill Amend, Dan Reynolds

Yu, yungen! Du hast been sehr schlest heute! Sschtayen sie dare vor 7 meenuts! I leht yu know!

or something like that. You know, I'd like one day not to feel like a outpost guard limiting rations for a few rebel rousers or trouble-makers.
You! Yes, you laddie! Stand still!
You can't have any recess! How can you have any recess if you don't do your work? (pudding and steak)

I was looking for Nigerian music and simplified it with, Niger
There was a song of, "My wife ran off with a Niger" -- really?!
From American History X -- Kill Nigers and Jews.
Thank goodness bigots can't spell! Perhaps, they had national problems?
I looked up "nuke" and found, Carly Simon, et al --- what the? Oh ... it was a "no nukes concert"

choices
I presented a child with a choice today.
He has failed for several days to submit signed work -- due to be returned. I have reminded him the last several days that if the papers are returned, he will continue to lose some / all recess time. With this he cried. I asked him if I should call "Mom" to remind her to send in the work. He said, "no". Despite the prospects of losing recess ... all she needs to do is sign and return the papers, he will lose recess perpetually ... he chooses to lose recess. What's that home like? Should I call Mom to have her sign it ... no.
I'm calling her tomorrow anyway, it was just intersting.
Also today, a boy shouted out "N -----". Girls came up to me and said that he used the "F word". When I asked him what he said, he said that he returned a comment to him of, "N ------" to that person. The first person to use it, is a problem student in a different class, but same grade.
I don't put much faith in much of that at all. Anyway, I don't expect it to be repeated anytime soon.

POW camp
or at least that's what it seems. I have had the same kids in with me for recess for a long, long, long while. Who's being punished here? During my investigation/interrogation, I hear some pretty intersting things. I write down what is said and pass it along. Documentation... documention ... like there's going to be an audit. I guess I could pull a '45 Germany and burn all the records, right?

personable?
Here I go, thinking that I put forth the impression that I'm untouchable ... terrible and mean, and some kids walk up to me and share parts of their lives with me. What am I to do? I'll just accept that I'm not total evil. That's fine.

trampoline
the boys, Charlie and Jared, were playing on the trampoline surrounded by netting, and invited me to wrestle. The neighbors came over with their two dogs -- one of which was a very playful German Shepherd who wanted play time. She kept jumping up with her paws on the outside, finally, she came into the netting and onto the trampoline. Hey, that's where the other puppies were, right?!

Iron Chef diabolical
Your surprise ingredient is cow hoof!
He he he, I like the crunchiness of the hoof!
Yes, and I like the fact that you didn't change its shape and left it sound.
I like the cow hoof, but the mango slices, really rather deter from the cloven taste of these wonderful hooves.
Your surprise ingredient is horse dung!
I've had horse dung before, but never so flavorful!
Wow! I've never thought of using horse dung with ice cream! This is really good!
How did you get the horse dung to be so ... crunchy? I mean, we saw it just fall onto the floor at the start of the show!
Hmm, hmmm, ha, humm ... it's all in the freshness.
Thank you!

Bad Wedding DJ
Hey, do you have "Bump and Grind"? Yeah, I'll get that right on for you.
And here's a request for, "You're Pretty Cute When I'm Drunk", chosen especially for the bride and groom.
I'll leave you with, "Me So Horny" followed by, "Behemoth's, 'Age of Therion' from their Satanica CD'" while I take a break. I see here a request for "Follow Me" by Uncle Kracker we'll fit in before the end of the night.
1. R. Kelly
2. Bloodhound Gang
3. 2 Live Crew
4. Behemoth
5. Uncle Kracker
Yikes! Oh, wait ... that's my music selection, well, kinda. I don't listen to Uncle Kracker who supports intermarriage affairs, haven't heard the Bloodhound Gang song yet and the women-degrading 2 Live Crew and Behemoth metal groups are ... not, um ... wedding music.

dream
I was with my father driving down the road, when we came to a bridge. Not one part of the road nor the bridge were familiar to me and I was driving.
The road, as I then looked, was 6 or 8 lanes wide. The bridge lifted up and the warning lights were flashing and the blaring of the audible signals was loud. We were up about one-quarter of the way over the bridge before the signals went. The signaling started similtaneously with the lifting of the bridge -- therefore, a river lied below. It was strange then, and stranger now as to why the signals were late and that it was a 6-8 lane bridge (implausable for lifting). We started sliding backward, twisting as the bridge lifted our car and the semi-trucks behind us, before we crashed into them, the bridge broke, and it quickly fell forward, showing my father and I the shallow river below.
Again ... it was 70 to the brown river -- which obviously wasn't very deep. We were going to die. I looked over to my father (a roller coaster torso bar (horseshoe shape) was over each of us -- odd again, and we quietly said, "I love you" as a passing gesture before dying.
Splash! We were pulled down under the water (greater than 100' -- unreal for brown water, and the whole bridge structure fell on top. There was no boat or ship passing under the bridge, no reason for it to have lifted.
In this same dream, I walk around later and people are shocked to see me days after the accident. I found out that they never pulled out the bodies, so I was dead. My father, unlike me, aparently stayed dead. I was whole, not zombie-like by gave people an odd sense as my body was buried deep in water, under metal. I wasn't a ghost. After walking to my father's grave and tried to live/exist as I could. Why did I have the same body and why am I alive where I should be physically gone?
Before waking I remember helping a few people ... but sad, suicidal, in that I sought destruction by saving someone else. I wished to be shot, shielding someone from a bullet, anything to not existence in my should-not-be-alive state of being.

biting details, derail
derailing your train of thoughts ... Sawyer, despite having background shows about him, I believe is working with the others. I suppose this for the reasons of: guns are dangerous and tend to slaughter and kill people -- bad for the supposedy random stranded people on the island, so keeping them hidden means fewer need-to-be-there people die and other persons don't get hurt.
I watched the latest episode (my last one I will watch, as I'm bored of the show), waiting for Roark to show, saying, "Welcome to scary fantasy island".
"Da plane, da plane ... it crashed, it crashed!"

2 types of reading (there are more)
1. reading for cursory understanding -- or recreational reading with little real time for full comprehension; yeilding fluency of 70%
2. reading for content -- recreation or education, reading everything for memory, knowing that parts in section C, page 96 will have relevance and importance (another part of a whole) for part A page 201. A series is especially true for this, in that a character or characters are generally kinetic and a fullness and richness is found through parts and pieces here and there throughout the book and series.
Using television as a reference, as most people do watch it on occasion. Law & Order (the original series) had each episode start and finish. After season one, they found that they would have more seasons, so they started building the characters, but actually finished each episode. The build up and development of each character didn't take the whole forefront of the show. After 6 seasons and many different police partners, Jerry Orbach's character, Lenny, had a jaded past of alcoholism spanning 5 or so years of his police work, several failed marriages and a daughter who got into drugs and was killed being a witness against her dealer. Lenny, it was supposed, hired a killer to kill him, but the dealer died in jail, so that was only a tease that his hate was that thick. His alcoholism lead to a night falling off the wagon, unable to drive, an assistant D. A. , Jill Hennesey, Claire drove him home and was stuck and killed by a drunk driver.
Jack McCoy, you find out, who was her lover, for a while -- bad idea of mixing work and love (demonstrated many times over the seasons), tried to vindicate her death by harshly punishing the drunk driver, then found that his attack would have amounted to personal vengence, at benefit of another person with a personal agenda.
I know that all sounds neat. It is. It also covered 30 some episodes to get that. Unlike Lost where, you have 40 some episodes saying little about what they are doing, but you know all about characters on the island including two who were killed off. Since the writers like to play off the idea of all the characters being linked (Kevin Bacon game) to each other, it will be difficult to see how they will connect the two dead "semi-main" characters to others without bringing them back -- at a wrongful pay for their lack of foresight.

War of the Worlds
by H. G. Wells. Taking into consideration when it was written, published in 1898, it was very novel (ha ha) innovative for sure. When making a movie of it, some updating was definately required, as automobiles weren't mentioned and horses were common. An interesting difference between book to film was (both 60s and 00s versions, and the borrowed ideas for Indepdendance Day) was that the aliens were seen before the machines. The concepts of miscommunication was the belief for their heat-ray attack on persons near the crash site.
The heat ray from the book was from a mirror on a tentacle than rotated around. The ray itself was invisible (would have saved much cost on production if they kept that) incinerating everything it touched with a range of maybe 100-200 yards. The 2005 War of the Worlds kept it truer with walking machines, but botched it a bit from Welles' description of storms surrounding the machines.
I guess I'll stick with books and watch even fewer movies.

watching lost
is like watching bulbs develop into flowers, or buds turned into leaves:
slow, methodical (or so it seems), gradual grwoth into something new, to its conclusion of something predictable. While stopping and watching minutes at a time, getting the highlights of the growth (slow motion camera shooting picures twice daily) is still slow, but better than sitting for months -- wating.
I've watched the show pretty much to the point where, you see the buds on the branches very well. They are prominant, but the insects are yet there to exploit these, as they tend to do. The full richness of spring isn't quite filling my nose and lungs, so I think I have a while to wait yet.
After the splendor, you have the waste of the bounty lying everywhere for you to pick up -- that, being your time spent waiting for something.
I'm done watching it. It's boring like Space 2001, with background things being interesting, but the whole movie start to finish being much, much, much too long and not worth the time spent seeing it.

Jacket with new smell
Charlie and I went to the park Saturday and he picked most of the dandelions along the way for Mommy! I carried them in my coat, so my leather jacket now smells of dandelions. It adds to my tough guy image.
When we got to the park, we fed ducks and the insistent geese. Since Charlie doesn't often go to this park, it was a treat, but a trek ... long for a person with short legs -- 4 years old. "Here ducks!"

Saw II -- Saw it
This introduces a new, weaker plot with the same type of gore, moving from new-gothic blue and watery-green (Matrix, Saw, Ring) to now in new 30's artistic slant print yellowish neo-gothic (more concentrated than Sky Captain). It said to me, "soon to be a PS2 /3 XBOX, GC, PC game".
Though not totally predictible, it was, inevitably, somewhat predictable.
Two victims (supposedly bad or evil in their own right) weren't really investigated, and you never knew much about them. They were, I guess, slasher movie fodder. The shared theme they had were vices, so a character in the movie was a vice officer, which seemed strange considering his "role" in the main investigation
Vice: narcotics, prostituion, I guess larceny falls under that category, but certainly not homicide.
Anyway ... watch it if you saw the first one, but this is hacked together --- I won't give any numbers on it

Signs that you're sleeping
you snap your neck quickly recovering from a near forehead to keyboard crash -- thanks, Lori!
Mumbling unintelligibly or responding with non-sensical phrases to questions such as, "Where is the remote?" "The German books are over there." (my stupid, sleepy response)
Either you came in drunk last night or we need to get a new clock. It
clanged 7 times, farted, rang twice more, burped and laughed, then clanged 5
more times.
You wake yourself snoring
You see that you traveled forward in time by several minutes, yet you didn't move laterally.

feeling included
Thankfully, when I'm down, I can always remember that friends include me. On Tuesday, Lori called and invited me to meet up with them for playing at a pool (formerly Holidome), but it wasn't the best of days for me to go. I perhaps should have, but tried to complete long-standing old projects.
Yesterday was interesting ... I might have a chance to help a neighbor sell his collection, be it on eBay or another site ... beer cans, lots of them. I haven't catalogued them, but there might be money there. I'll need to get my digital camera for now three reasons:
1. use at a wedding -- soon
2. photos of cans and collection
3. family reunion in June
tick, tock ... time's a wastin'

Lawyers ( ___ you and the suits you rode in on)
Two cars carrying 5 lawyers each get into a rear end collision. Obviously there were suits filed, and here are the basics:
front car rear ended (driver: Bob, passenger Susan; rear Frank, Robert, Shane)
rear ending car (driver: Pat, passenger Ted; rear Becky, Paul, Tad)
* suit filed against Bob for traveling at unsafe speed, 2 miles over the speed limit
* suit filed against traffic officer at scene for saying, "(at least there isn't a) fire", causing a panic where Robert hastily crawled over Shane to escape -- bruising and also bruised with Shane trampling him. Pat ran back to her car trying to free wedged-in Tad, who was pulled from his seat, causing lacerations. This mayhem with pulling and shaking jarred the joined cars to roll down the hill. This, in turn caused Becky to tumble down the hill and ruin her suit.
** replacement of suit and shoes ($3500)
** replacement, repair of wiring system for stereo ($56,000) to be shipped to Sony in Japan, including gas refilling and drive time – over and above vehicle repair costs
** replacement of CD collection in 500 CD changer in car ($75,000) including irreplaceable originals from Yugoslavian grunge band, who split and cannot be located
** replacement of car phone antenna, ($2500)
*** suit filed against Leanna, driver of vehicle who called in to the police regarding accident – as she was driving and talking on cell phone, filed by all ten lawyers
*** replacement of broken keychain, $10 (including travel time to store to purchase and stopping by ATM for cash)
**** marked as billable, cost of phone call to police by third party (Leanna); time lost in waiting for officers (2 minutes, plus 95 minutes to sort out fault, insurance and scene as the lawyers made a mess of it); reportedly talking and thinking about 96 different case files during accident, so all those accounts were billed also; lost paperwork to be refilled (though these were extra copies to be shredded – cost of reproduction, shredding)

racism
I think I finally got it ... I think that I have put it in a usable form. -- things I think about not really sleeping, but dead tired.
It's a matter of perspective.
A 9 -24 month old knows (object permanency) that if you or she puts a toy under a pillow, it will be there when you lift the pillow. When it isn't there, it defies your logic and total understanding of life in your very fragile stage, hence you cry. Now at 38 months, the child knows that the object can shift, not through its own works, but by gravity or movement and fall behind the crib.
At 18 months, you don't find the toy, you know it should be there, but it isn't -- it's all wrong, until you learn more.
So, prejudice is infantile thinking, however taught in some cases, that generally will phase out with higher levels of thinking. Therefore, it is a matter of perspective and intelligence, in that you find new information to further your previously limited understanding.
That doesn't mean, unlike a child who likes to learn (actually learning new things activates the pleasure centers of your mind -- habituation and predictability depress the levels after a while; therefore boredom), that all persons (adolescents - adults) want to learn much of anything, much less an understanding to which they have pleasure (learning, emotional attachment) which spurs feelings of loss and therefore pain.
Like any grief, it passes, however slowly, until such time that you adjust to the new perspective (circumstance)

new study shows
waiting for tests results worsens your health.
My folks are falling apart and today I thought, due to my Mum's mix up with what the nurse told her, that she might have had paddles used on her to jolt her heart back into shape. It was a fairly poor night for sleeping, followed by early start:
test here,
wait there,
45 minutes intervals, then ... do blood test -- pop ... done
your results will be posted in 2 days.
What's that ... an SAT you just took?! 6 hours and no mention of when or what?
My Mum has heart arrhythmia, has had at least one heart attack and is in poor health. She is having this done BEFORE she can have work done on her knees. Ultimately she will likely have to have knee replacements.
I think that they'll make a decision this weekend, then maybe use the shock difibulator paddles on her Monday.
waiting, wondering, not knowing stinks! I guess today, I'm grumpy dwarf or grouchy smurf or someone
My blood probably looks like underfeed tissue or starch water -- unclear, but usable

More numbers that don’t matter.
June 6, 2006. Is a day a beast? I swear! Some poeple who fear the number don't know the reference and never bothered to reat it! Revelations states that after 1/3 of the people die (ultimately it's cut half and half with Christ and Satan)* other destruction reigns, the beast bearing 666 comes to entice people to delight and accept the antichrist as the true leader to life (afterlife -- truly afterdeath).
00:01:02:03 04/05/06
11001010 why this? okay. How does it apply now? That's right coding is specific to use, not global as is any language -- take math (please), without context, still useless.
What is 121,323,040,127,502,702,038,402,157,824,021?
Is it a real number, yes. Does it have application to anything tangible or in the real world, uh, no.
long division of 12 digit numbers ... you don't do it, becaause it serves no purpose! If you understand the concept and can find errors in calculation or process, that is what matters.
also ... your age after 35 - 67. How does it matter? Your car insurance rates don't go down, your life insurance rates go up ... you can't retire with social security uninjured and are a senior. Age here, doesn't matter. BTW: I'm in that category. I no longer memorize my age. I have to think about it -- do calculations and stuff.
* furthermore, God, ultimate judge, wins out over evil and wicked are punished, the souls are retrieved and souls are redeemed and brought into heaven thereafter through Jesus' love met equally with God's. In this book too it is clear the inclusion of non-human beings playing roles (angels and their subspecies, demons and their subspecies) -- whether you accept this painting of the acts of judgement and the participants (non-playing characters?) **
** my categorical denied of species and subspecies of angels and demons is what it is ... they are unecessary middlemen, irrational and inconsistent with an everpresent God and Christ -- complain as you will ... no rational argument will look good on paper (screen) let alone bear out scrutiny

Schools of thoughtlessness (lampoons)
UN: fate of the free world rests in our hands; sadly we’re sitting on them
USA: we are not the world police force, but we do have branches (precincts) in most countries – American Express?
UN: we say it with sanctions
France: we say it with surrender
USA: we say it with tanks
Iran: we say it with rhetoric
Saudia Arabia: we say with duplicity
Africa (apart from Egypt): say what?
South America: we say it with strife
Central America: we say it with traffic (ing)
Canada: we don’t say it
China: we charge less for others to say it, we aren’t allowed
Russia: mafia, er, um … government says we say it with smile
Sweden: whatever
Switzerland: swatch, bitch, as long as we’re rich
Japan: we bought it … you owe us for saying it
India: we say it in multitudes
If the “it” were peace and we’d stop saying it and starting doing it … we would all be better, right … maybe. Pride, passion, possession; peace is left behind.

book I'm reading
is on mass murders and what "makes them" kill. Some of it is quite intersting, some passe, some disturbing. I find it hard to stomach that the psychological profession would busy itself trying to defned a homicidal person who has (blanket category) schizophrenia, which generally now is testable. Some psyc's claim that that person cannot reenter society. Okay. So why am I the lucky one to pay for his/her existence? I should be able to opt on on serial criminals on my tax forms.
line 296 a. Would you like some of your tax dollars to pay for the inceration of serial criminals, including cable TV, food, housing and equipment use, job -- denied to those who are on the streets? yes/no
296 a.2. you have opted no. Your tax dollars will not pay for their medical, or food. [excellent choice by the way]
A few psych's needing their own heads examined, would dissallow culpability on the part of the perpetrator, claiming diminshed capacity (or i.e. super angry that day), or permanently disabled. So why keep them alive? Take for example some captured mass killers who have -- surprise, surprise, asocial behaviors and lack of empathy, agression towards others. Would you then, place them in a workplace somewhere, next to others upon release?
Moreover, the "death penalty" revocation allowed some death row inmates eligible for paron. How do you figure? If the supreme court ever again puts a moratorium on executions, will the death row inmates be able to get out? How is that justice? So a person sentence life no parole is stuck while a death row prisioner may be released. That's bad law!
I think that the author, who references a great number of non-fiction crime books should impart in each chapter the theme of identifying early those who might kill. There are typical experiences that tend to trigger weak-personalities. I suggest a more clinical approach and find out who appears to have those circumstances (criteria as it were) and change their experiences. If they have a bad home -- get them out -- NOW! Don't let a serial criminal at 12 do a 4 year stint in a juvenile facility only to reap greater damage at 16. I'd rather clinically institute a larcenous 5 year-old than incarcerate a burgoning criminal of 10-12.
I'm not through with the book, but glad that I didn't follow through with psychology as a vocation as it spends too much of even academics in defending itself as a discipline, then finding errors in the law that punish the weak in social maturity, despite the person comitting violent crimes (like no injury arson).

Ah, yes. I have received a text message, and two emails about this numerical event. Sad. I don't remember 6:54 3/2/01 being as widely known.
Anyway ... will I stay up for this monumental event, no. Interestingly enough, where can you see the numbers -- a clock, a calendar ... a DVD or VHS player, no. You can't see them on an alarm clock radio. You have to see it on a computer, with the date setting shown next to the time. Late at night watching the computer turn ... says, something about you -- if that's what you are waiting for. I would say a few will see it, because they are naturally up at that time. Good for them!
Europe doesn't get that this month, as they orient the date as d/m/y, so next month, they'll get it too. They are also hours ahdead of the US anyway. They are now better forewarned that the US was. Look out Europe ... it's coming your way in about 27 days!
Also, I would predict a ruddy virus to hit at that time. Stinking fiends! They should be shot just as quickly as bank robbers. Worse than "tagging" or grafiti / vandalism, it affects more people than they could know. It costs thousands and millions of dollars, therefore ... execution.
I'm sure that some couple will try to find a way of incorporating the lost numbers or these numbers in their child's name or birth. Sadly, some people should NOT procreate.

Games and Music
sometimes they converge.
I remember friends noticed that the arcade games I played were Carnage, Total Annihilation, Destruction, Rampage -- sense a theme here? Anyway, I found a few other bands today. I found Stormtoopers of Death. I thought and was worried that they were a neo-Nazi or skinhead group, but that doesn't seem to be the case, thankfully. It was formed by Anthrax memebers.
I like my music like I like my games -- loud, destructive -- and I can turn them off.
Chao!

French II (econ course)
It was interesting that you pointed out 4% unemployment, but where? I'm was noting complete unemployment with my lampooning statement of, “care for fries with that”, but rather that the jobs available are hardly equitable to development of the person. A graduate with a B.A. or B.S. or Masters shouldn’t be relegated to a lower paying job because of a shortage of jobs in their relative field or reasonable salary level. While a person working at McDonalds might make $15,000 a year, $18,000 tops, that is hardly substantial. It will allow them to survive, but hardly thrive. Take areas that have an abundance of service jobs, say … like this town. Manufacturing, soon to fade away anyway, left a while ago. Medicine is neat, but the nursing staff is underpaid for the number of hours and patient load underscores that.
The USA could do great things with its wealth, but it is spent in … other ways beyond the scope of a voter’s capacity to elicit change. Granted, some monies and expenditures are well beyond the understanding or allowable knowledge of Citizen A, but funding bovine orgasm research (kid you not) is no a legitimate use of money. Non-criminals, I purpose, need jobs more than ex-cons. Yet, there are placements for recently discharged ex-cons.
Presently, the 35+ white male is disposable in the general business workplace. There is no inherent value to them, they are the downtrodden now. They are the less-chosen. I'm not writing that they are uncommon, but are more readily replaced by those not fitting the category of 35+ white male. So the person is “downsized”. Competent, yet not wanting or capable of starting his own company, where does he go? He, like others in other ‘categories / meeting other criteria’ take jobs in other fields, generally at a pay cut, restarting – fewer benefits.
The French students want, what others want – secure, safe, well-paying jobs. They aren’t running around, rioting because they can’t even get a job selling pants or shoes, but rather that they can’t get entry level into jobs that are secure – unlike corporate America seeking fresh new ideas. The French, I understand, have unions that allow the dinosaurs to exist, sometimes crushing out better suited species (persons). That system is flawed. Our system of getting new, fresh ideas works, but downsizing so many people, who usually go to lesser-paid service fields in poor on corporate America’s account.
Stats are one thing – 4%. So what? How about a real, valid, reliable breakdown of national, regional, state, and city employment. I'm less interested in unemployment, but rather where the workforce is … demographics. Would there be a large number of white males 35+ in service industries here? I wouldn’t know where to get it, but it CERTAINLY is more meaningful than a number of 4. Four answers a numerical question, which I'm not asking.

Kindly thanks to Smoking Gun
Pete Townsend found not guilty of child porn, yet:
had admitted to researching porn and writing a not-yet published manifesto, which lends itself to his wavering toward child porn -- as a free access sin, few deny to try.
That sounds like he likes it to me! You may fire when ready!
I put in sex offenders in the search there ... interesting things to read. I wasn't abashed about Dick Chaney's requirements. Who cares? His odd Fox News only thing -- just wacky. Reprogram TV so that CNN, MSNBC isn't available ... silly. That sounds like an addict trying to quit.

Closing on France (Rude comments found here)
Perhaps there will be more beheadings, guillotine, removed in 80s or 90s, resurfaces again or simplified like Cuban, Puerto Rican machette hackings out of (not justice) ... ah, yes. Retaliation, retribution, followed by revenge, begets revenges (return). Sit down with the new boss; the same as the old boss. We won't get fooled again.

Gnome Mobile
The 60s movie was classic Disney, though weaker. It had an interesting thing with older movies. Classic limitations of the 60s: double roles, in that a person couldn’t be in the same scene done well. It also had little people, which required, you guessed it … either terrible effects or enlarged scenes. They also filmed people in front of screens to carry out this affect. * see Airplane for great example on how to effectively use this (random road driving and running over cyclist.
Interesting to note that in one scene the girl gets a call to the hotel room and runs out of the room because of the news to meet up with her Grandfather, who just so happens to be at a mechanic getting routine work. It had an all white cast, typical of the time and access.
Two really funny scenes are having a person drop their weapon by holding a hand up as though holding a gun (not with finger out). Another scene was snoring scene to maintain the illusion that he was asleep.
As I saw Ice Age 2, one theme was mating. This too had that theme, in that the one younger gnome didn’t have any prospect of carrying on the species, as it were. Some time later, that situation is … uh, resolved. The slapstick is funny and I'm aching to get Charlie to watch it, so that he can pantomime the comic slapstick like swinging on vines and crashing and much, much more. I'm not recommending it, but if it’s there and you want to pass through a few sections … it’s fun, typical 60s Disney.
Matthew Garber, Karen Dotrice who starred in several Disney movies including Three Lives of Thomasina, Mary Poppins. Anyway, there was some familiarity about them ... couldn't place it, other than the other movies.
Karen reminded me of Paula -- hey, Cerpicio! You ought to see the film. I think her eyes (not color), nose, mouth are very similar, though the jaw line is different. Her smile reminded me of Paula. Check it out!
Oh, what was I doing watching it? I saw it at the library and thought that I'd try and see how bad it is. Hey, while I'm at it... I'll take Strange Brew. Whatcha want that Strange Brew for? The act!
Ah!!! TDS author is a dang sappy movie-watching fool!

shaming when young
I saw a third-grader today, whose name shall remain anonymous. He was at the library, but had some strange bruising along his neck and near an eye. Apparently, he friends decided to marker him when asleep -- shaming. It was mostly cleaned, but there were odd circle patterns on his neck and 4-day old healing yellow on his eyes... which I was told were flowers.
He planned on revenge via his mother's make up. I suggested to him to take a photo of his work.
Shaming; to physically humiliate and embarrass a person through body masking, positions, physical change -- not the same as hazing requiring the person to consciously participate.

I miss Sid
I think tomorrow I will let go. I've been holding in some pain for a bit. It's time to let go. I went to Monkeyjack's house the other night and remember always letting myself in, finding a wondrous little, silly girl doing happy circles for me. Now ... nothing when the humans are not there.
Doors are locked, lights down ... emptier for sure.
I miss her and should have let go a while ago, but was never given much of a chance.
Goodbye sweety!

Well, let's see the old accomplishments record here.
1. sold toll road to German company
2. provided no new jobs
3. eliminated tax abatement on gas prices, making them higher
4. switched the remaining parts of Indiana to daylight savings time for nil
I'd say, it's time to be an unrestricted free agent*.

Thankfully, my spam count is now down to about half after 4 months of steady, thankfully filtered by earthlink, spam nearing and sometimes exceeding 2000. The last couple of days it's been under a thousand, yesterday under 900. I am very, very thankful!

Lost interests
I have watched each and every episode of Lost. I'm not a Lost-phile, in fact, I like to pick on it, like anything else. Through gitsiegirl I read up on the latest translations of cryptic writings on a blast door.
"A bad plan that can't be changed" -- something could be said there.
Anyway, I would believe that survival would be the first and only thing important at any time with wild beasts, limited food and no real prospect on rescue. They have guns, metal from the wreckage ... seatbelts for roping and high-chrome finish parts for mirrors. If only they had weapons ... oh, yes. They have guns and ammo. I would try to slay the polar bears, the boars -- as they mastered fire, they can smoke the meat, not that 40 some people would take long to eat any of that. They have golf clubs -- lightweight clubbing weapons; effective range 1-4'. Lock brought knives. They found a "natural" rock structure for shelter.
They haven't gone searching for the others as a whole group of 40, nor have they hunted the animals. They could all -- though smelly, be comfortable in the hatch, away from the rain and black smoke beast (as it were) as well as any known and unknown pests, and insects that would naturally abound there. In any other situation, the area around the campsite (or hatch here) would be more and more depleted of fruit and supplies, so a circle of destruction (blight) would grow out from the hatch.
This would clearly show where they are, but it seems obvious that the others know exactly who and where they are. They seem disinterested in killing them but have threatened their lives. They did the impossble (with real fire torches), instant ignition and extinguishing. Smoke and mirrors -- really.
The underlying theme of general distrust is okay, considering their fiction shows that they don't talk -- the 30 some people never introduced are not integral to the plot whatsoever -- why have them?
On top of all the supplies they do have -- including heat and power that they don't exploit, they could wonder around the coast for anything else. In a military theme, a clean line of 40 people is a difficult target to truly eliminate. There were some supplies on the Black Ship -- apart from volitile dynamite. Why not recheck everything you know.
It implied that the next episode would have the masses battling for the mound of supplies, the origin os which undeclared. They have a battery there -- a beacon. They had flashlights, from the flight and from the medical hatch -- they know the location there too. The bright balloon -- for what good it is, would make a great signal or shelter or rain catcher -- fresh water?
The paints, sitting idly by could be used to discolor a tree or two on the coast line to clear mark habitation or need of assistance. I'm no survivalist, but 40 some poeple, with supplies and a desire to leave would improvize and think of anything to survive.
A lying other sits in a vault, though beaten, reasonably better off than those who could be snatched out of the shelter, no one being the wiser. He even got milk-less cereal -- a luxury denied their airline brethren. The hidden stash of Charlie's heroin, mixed with saltwater, could be used as a simplified truth serum, as beating lead to no real results. The only other options would be fish-feeding, burning, or bear baiting.
An armed, crazy Danielle who slayed her own party, might be better used as an ally rather than a second anchor.
If I go on, it'll turn into a very heated, argument with people emotionally bound to the show berrating me, so I'll quit here. I met the same reaction to Matrix, where people defended it like a religion -- emtionally involved in it. Personally, I sum Matrix up to be bad fiction.

Ice Age Meltdown
It was okay. I didn't like the number of incidental profanities (mild, but there), cocentrating on mating, not really a kid theme. This one was Manny-centric. I suppose the next one will be Diego-centric.
I see here that I didn't mention the positives. I generally like family movies and kid movies. I liked some of the humor, the effects were nice. The story was, well ... okay.
More interesting was the post movie.
Charlie uses sarcasm: Do I see my home, no! (on Daddy using a different way to get home)
Charlie uses cunning: I want to get that one for Mommy! (later in the car about a different cookie) I've got a good idea, [let's] put the cookie next to my table [while I eat].

combative and argumentative
I was at Monkeyjack's and watched Lost. He pointed out something quite accurate. I don't, as a general rule, like pop culture. That's right! I never thought of it, but he's right. It is therefore perposterous to even discuss it much, as I generally don't like it. I found Lost to introduce ideas, but go nowhere.
I likened it to an interview for a loan. Let's talk about getting a loan. Let's talk about getting paperwork for the loan [which leads to the grail?] Then talk about talking about getting the paperwork. Do we do the paperwork yet? No, not yet. Then let's talk about doing paperwork and then do the paperwork. So then I get the loan? No. Then in goes in for review and more paperwork. [I'm just a bill, just a lonely old bill. And I'm sittin' here on Captial Hill ...]
Are you actually going to talk about the island on this show about the island. No. Why on an island at all? Why not a mall ... no one ever goes anywhere. You don't see (Gilligan's Island's, 'the rest') except maybe as a background.
If it was a book ... I wouldn't have made it this far. It says, hey! I've got ten little indians here, finally, maybe, we'll bump them off one by one, finding out the victim number four didn't die and is the murderer.
I'd like a conclusion. I mentioned that if they run it for 5 years or 7 years, that would be a week of viewing. Would you ever REALLY re-watch it?

Spring fever hits ...millions out of school
Oh, well it is spring break for some. That must be it!
My day was the best out of 3. There were no real problems and there was a program with frisbees, though they didn't have any frisbee golf discs, substantially heavier, they did some impressive tricks with the many discs. They showed some (sale pitches) for sale and some that were neat ... fabric, others were specific use. All in all -- entertaining and captivating. I nearly got hit in the face with a stray shot from one of the kids who threw it.
It was the last day for one student. It is the beginning of project time for me --- long past due projects that I should have done.
I'm off a week, but off my rocker all the time. Have fun and enjoy the sun!

Health good and bad news
The good news is, while my aunt went to the hospital with a collapsed lung, they were able to get her back, and she might be discharged today. Mum went to the docs and they have a surgery scheduled for her on the 10th for her knee. Those are bits of good news.
Minorly, a small issue, I think I may be getting an ulcer.
That means, less coffee, less acid-producing stuff -- no alcohol either.
Mum got a bad EKG reading, but was waived on, some daily meds prevented her from getting surgery when she wanted, now she must go off the meds for 5 days prior to surgery, then hopefully things will be better.

pervasive Satan
a kindergartener told me ... there's a mosnter down below (unspecific) that when you do bad, he gets stronger, but he dies when you do good. I responded that I would do good.
Today, "I think maybe the devil is making me do it", referring to his bad behaviors for me. This was not his only response, but certainly noteworthy. I think it highly likely an infomerical testimonial ... 100% paid, fake and otherwise useless. His delusions would have manifested itself prior to this, and he was certainly no angel for others and hasn't been.
Satan, twice in one week -- I'm just lucky, I guess!

scenes from a park
Charlie is on top of a slide looking about, seeing his skates, someone's lost/discarded jacket, not-yet operational fountain, a lost mini purse, squirrels, holes in trees ... clouds, many things I take for granted, I guess.

Spring means
flowers and, what I saw this morning:
rabbits mating
Rather, ready males and disinterested females
It was funny to see a male chase away another male, while chasing the female. She saw him chase off the other and got the _____ out of Dodge. He came back ... hey, baby, like I was say ---- baby?! She trekked 2 houses away. He followed the scent trail, munching some birdseed on the way ... little bunny?! Honey bunny ... I luv you! Come back.
I think that she would have rather skipped this season and just had the chance to eat. Last month or 2 weeks ago was squirrel month ... here there were 10 males chasing one female. I guess the males are heartier survivors? While she made a valiant effort, being on the bit end of a branch (likely starving from all the running and no time to eat) relented to one male's "advances" or rather motions. It's got to be better not having these males chasing you, but perhaps better than them trying to chase you away because they're urban piggies.
Their own equals are the local birds who pork out on seed, mindlessly pitching pounds onto the ground. I used to think they didn't eat millet, but they do. They are just nasty, messy critters. Some eat corn bits, others, millet, others bit seeds, others sunflowers. Local predator birds aren't generally large enough to take adult robins or jays so just watch them greedily. About three times a year I find a spray of feathers on the ground from a successful pergrin or cooper's hawk. The juveniles are talkative, loud, naive, no attempt at stealth. Some large squirrels just keep their eyes on then, but rabbits scurry away, as though they would less capable of defense -- ha!
The weather channel hasn't broadcast much as far as, "severe wind" -- like that's important, "flood warning", oh? What am I to do? Would I see it coming -- I think so. Tornado watch ... that's right -- venture outside and look for one, two, or as many as you can see and hear.
We interrupt this broadcast to give you no information ... loud, lengthy ... return to missed stupid program. If you are recording, you get a 20 county block where the weather center marks in red counties experiencing "interesting" weather. Whoopie! Move on to the next idea.

Inspector Gadget
or so I was called with my trenchcoat and hat today. Sadly, I've been called that since Matthew Brodrick did his role in the live action version of a 24 minute cartoon series. I have more freckles than skin and sinister look with a perpetually unshaven face, short brown hair which had been red and a decades-old strained deep voice, nearly as hairy as Robin Williams. I don't see it. Also, Matthew Brodrick ... have you ever seen him fat? No, you haven't. I am.
Speaking of hair, I haven't had a child rub my arm hair lately in true wonder as to how guys have hair -- on their arms. They've never seen a man close up, sometimes better. I have, however had a fourth grader very happy with herself that she is taller than I am. She gets a kick out of it, but unlike her regular teacher, she couldn't lift me. Even at a fitter weight, she wouldn't be able to lift me.
My closing prior to a break was met with, "I'm gonna give you a mean look for a week" as I wasn't able to work for her, and a complimentary candy bag for a nice woman whose class I might have accidently gipped while subbing -- in that I usually drop off token candy to nice students in classes. She retires this year -- while young and will see many a wonderous rising and setting Atlantic sun. My note ... written is haste might have been as scattered and illegible as a nervous bank robber or doctor's too-busy quick note. Ba ba ba, ba ba Barino?!
Retiring ... something I have eliminated as a possiblity. What to do ... what to do? Continue with this ... maybe some permanency or something else, fresh, consistent. I just don't know. If only I were a gadget packed Inspector, though my aggressive tendencies would lend itself more toward Punisher than Mo-meets-Harpo Inspector Gadget.
I still would like to work as a threat analyist. That's not likely to happen.

things not to do when living in Midwest
making plans consistent with the weather is folly
leaving windows open during spring -- I did that last night and found a very wet car, nice
expecting grand, sweeping political changes ... not likely
hoping for grand adventure or wonderous skiing (if you live in MI, IL, most of OH, KY, TN, IN, IA) and you'll be disappointed
also, expecting neat new fashions (not that I'd ever care) unless you live in Chicago, is well ... wishful thinking
taking a job in manufacturing is vocational suicide -- work for 12 years anywhere and then be laid off then fired
speak well -- too many locals ask you, "Where are (or 'is') you from?"

punishable
Bobby Knight, whom I greatly dislike, was quoted (I'll paraphrase) as saying, 'they're out there being raped, if they'd lie there and take it, it would be over soon.'
I think that people who don't view rape as that terrible, being a crime where the victim lives, should have a nice visit from Bluto* and friends to discuss the issue. You know, a beefy big character with equally beefy brutal blokes hell-bent on sexual sadism where, consentualism is a turn off and force is necessary. I think after a short run of this, those who did use the term rape without understanding it would, use it with caution. Rape doesn't carry that long of a sentence either, a curious law-makers history, as typically children and women are more often victims and more law writers are men. "I'll put it on the back burner. It isn't as important as this agricultural mediation and tobacco renumeration bill for the fiscal year of 2021." so say those turning a blind eye and deaf ear.
Sentencing of 3 years and out in .9 for rape, plead down to assault, then around fellow asssailants is hardly just or punishment.

worst new term
or at least it was new to me, "foodgasm". That is so gross! If a person truly gets off on food or eating, that is ... a psychological problem. The term is courtesy of a guest food taster on Iron Chef America. Eating causing arrousal or climaxing is not normal, To imply it is, rude, gross and says something about you.

hurtful words
Finding out the background of fictional characters often bores me -- greatly! Find out the backgrounds on some of the students sometimes fills me with some rage. Many come in with neglect issues, some with emotional, physical and sexual abuse and others are neurotic because of their home life. It is not to say that there a level of exception to poor behavior, no. There is, however a reason for some of it. Personally, I think a ED209 or T1000 visitation should take care of many issues. There are areas of the city were even an ED209 would look for re-arming or ammunition reloading. I dislike the fact that there is "nothing that can be done" as it must be investigated, then a trial, separation then prompt return to the household to continue.
* causative features are drugs & alcohol, poverty, criminal activity, stagnant development (retarded socially &/or intellectually of so-called adults), apathy
-- "it was just one time ..."
*ED209 set for Urban pacification
*T1000 given an ample arsenal, with limited specific targets, more like system 101 in its short list directives
oh, and I faked every blog

Confessional
Passions rule me. I’ve no love or passion for coffee, but it rules me to. Charlie rules me – “No, not that! You da good guy! Come on; let’s fight bad guys!” “Here Mr. ________, I made this for you.” Dreams are nice, reality rules me. What I want and what should be collide instead of coincide. There is the anger, the frustration, the impotence, the infantile feeling of insignificance … what do I need to do, to make want I what to happen?
Yep, that sums it up. I'm a human in a human world with fewer problems than many, worried about what I want and not what I need. Still, I hope that my wants are recognized as altruistic to some small degree. I want a better world, more hope, less despair, less waste, more love. I want all of that and I'm still a hateful person, generally compassionless for the evil, the wrongdoers, the selfish and sometimes the stupid and intentionally stupid. Yes, people can be intentionally stupid.

Racked with blame
for all I've done, seen and heard but did nothing about it, inaction that lead to pain and suffering. It's all here, pulsing like a very restful heartbeat ... thump (guilt), feelings of completion, thump (guilt), why can't I concentrate, thump (guilt -- fear), I'm angry about what, thump (guilt -- answer my call, I'm not going away), I'm breathing heavier now ... no rest for the wicked
What can I do to solve it ... accept that I'm wrong, that I should strive to avoid doing it again (thump, thump) and [explitives here] stop it!!! Hate -- anger ... guilt is a mighty hunter, always winning with a conscious-bearing prey. I know I've always had one, but this little nymph grew, no longer the size of a child, but now my size and still growing. A conscious that is stronger sometimes than want and wont, it will consume the ills and the passions, but the change will be good.
My ill-will exposes itself now, as Blogger indicated failure to connect! [insert foul language here]

Male pattern boredom
I think it would be safe to say that most of the guys I know would say, "No ... that's okay. I had that yesterday. I'm interested in something else." That's true not only of a dinner, but say, a movie, a TV show, music, entertainment, whatever. Tap, tap, tap ... driving her mad ... scratch, scratch, scratch ... "nervous" habits making her twitch. So what do you want to do? I don't know, but ... not the same as yesterday. I guess we could watch a movie, but I'll probably get up a few times in the middle of it to answer the phone, call on the phone, check my email ... eat something ... I'm not likely to sit there this cold day and sit, sit, sit, sit.
Be it bold adventures or simply a change, the hunter still lurks, still hunting, poised for the strike -- the big thrill; the moment; culmination of all his skills; lovin' or the remote.
Gee thanks dear for the remote. I was hunting for the other.

3 simple policies (sounds preachy)
live, love, have a good time
Live: meaning exist and respect the life that God has granted you
Love: not just yourself, but others and that which exists
Have a good time: laugh, play, you can do things physically that exceed the spiritual realm; like smelling, tasting, feeling (tachticly)
If a spirit lives on, bodiless ... food and thereby taste is immaterial. Your own body gives you senses when you hug ... follow them. Don't destroy others' lives in your pursuits, either in death or in physical or psychological destruction. God loves you; Christ redeems you ... enjoy what you have!
My family believes I'm a heathen ... they're probably right.

queens we use would not excite you
like interesting pictures ... go here!
They aren't all funny. They aren't all you want to see, but ... a good portion are worth viewing.
God bless America and the world ... free, wonderful, wonder, delight ... see, film, show! It's what makes life. If you can't tell it ... show it!

comparing literary and fictional characters
Which would you fit, or rather, which would fit you?
Would you examine Revenge of the Nerds ... Jocks vs Nerds? Star Wars ... choas and order vs evil and good -- neither pure? Muder on the Orient Express, each with his own agenda and reason but never brought to justice? Hall of Justice vs Hall of Doom ... rule the world, protect it? Catcher in the Rye, seeking an understanding that you can't comprehend? Chronicles of Narnia, justice, servitude, love prevailing? Lord of the Rings platonic love, ordained servitude and martyrdom, supreme intelligence and sinful negligence to simplify a terrible task?
I guess I'm Wile E. Coyote pursuing Brain's conquest of the world. You can never have enough explosives and I'm too egotistical to see the direct and indirect folly in my plots and plans that will eventually blow up in my face.
Summary: grand plans, incomplete thinking, eventual destruction of my plans and myself -- never rich, never famous, never much but an interesting annecdote

dweeb reality
Okay adventurers ... you are going on an Ameriquest
by the way ... how do you invest?
Er, uh ... I mean in your gold pieces ... uh ... do you use a bank? Perhaps if you read the scroll in your bag
it reads in both dwarfish and elvish ... pleaz vesit www ameriquest com vor best performanss
Are you taking sponsorship ... selling out? No, no ... maybe ... yes! Okay?! It's not like a have a career here! If you're playing AD&D, you can't have a job starting at 8 am nor family nor life, right?
Okay ... point made.
Monkeyjack and I mentioned a dive of a bar, locally, thinking that the bulk of those there were, well ... seeking inebriation and short-lived-only companionship. Okay ... people ... how many of you are married (Monkeyjack interjecteed this section) maybe 5%. Of those, who of you have kids? 1% of those people are found ... irresponsible "father-like" person. Thank you.
Growing up and growing old are different, in so many ways. I'm not really grown up, but the bar thing --- no way. I am a codger ... a perv prowling if I go there or the old folks who don't know better. Why do I feel this way, because I can remember my wonders of people when I was 20s and at the bars. That guy's 34 ... what's he doing here? I, of course, am older than that ... making me fossil in that context.
It's not that I'm bored, but it holds no intrigue. I wouldn't go there. Hey, the groups I like(d) are has-beens ... on the spiralling route on their out. Hey ... we're here in smaller venue megabar with the cover charge of outlandish coupled with blastphemous drink prices.
Tangent: a delightful woman I met at the bars ... so many decades ago when I went, ordered orange juice. I must have really liked her, paying $5 a glass ... you'd think it was gold, no ... not alcoholic and bought by the gallon. Imagine if that was the choice for a designated driver ... that's what I'd choose over water ... not soda -- yuck!
Anyway, back to bar robbery. The band plays old songs the younger people don't know and hate and the older ones -- drunk off their gourd try to outvoice the lead singers. A wonder of exploitation. That's not my thing. A sound system, fine for mp3 or the like, repetitious beats are ill-suited to metal rock or quieted accapella. A good example of this is a widely visited, but let's-face it county fair in the fall ... ZZ TOP. 70s to early 90s ... then nadda. I was a nice run guys ... playing out in 99 or 2000 in county fair ... ouch! It's the music, but pride might conflict with that, right? Of course, that is love for music, unlike the "samplers" who "sample" music and make it "their own" with [profain lyrics here] and then the "essence" or nuance of the original.

archival shirts
Monkeyjack, Lori and I were looking through old pictures. Funny enough was that I noticed an old shirt there, one that they (now really Lori) still wears ... 8 years old or 12. I laughed and made mention of this. Monkeyjack retorted quickly, "You should talk, Mr. Rushville Whig!" I have an old band shirt from, oh ... 1994 from an Indiana band. It is, well ... worn.

Fancy frightening fears
As of late, not that I ever feel refreshed from sleeping, but I remember dreams now … usually in an odd context that come true … arguments, bills, complications. If I could see into the future and make it better, I would. This is just maddening. Oh, wait … I already am mad (not angry).

Roller Dumb
Ah, yes. I was delighted to see Kayla for her birthday, who wished to have a celebration at the Roller Dome. Interestingly enough, it was the south one, with few parking lot lights, terrible decades worn gravel lot. The place would have been empty save the twelve people of our group and the children of a few of the workers there. It wasn’t the same old place, entirely, but a somewhat modified version … wall to ceiling carpet removed in favor of real paint. Deb’s objection was the absence of a safety rail for those less competent to skate, like myself, but I would refuse to use it even if it was there. The prices blew chunks … $6 a head, $2 more for skates – good old 1970s, no padding … ouch! Anyway, after the raking over the coals for the price, the music was … well, I think unreasonable for children, as the money taker at the door said that Saturdays were family-busy nights. Oh, so that’s why you were playing, “____ me baby!” “… take off your clothes” “---ggas; mutha-------“ Yeah, I can just hear the family atmosphere here. Apart from that, it was the roller dome. Too much money for anything food, games, etc. They had a ticket redemption area with small prizes not worth the money. It was a half-state between improved and old. Perhaps in a few months, it will be a fresher, cleaner place. Kayla seemed to enjoy it, so that’s what matters, really. Lori got hosed because she didn’t want to be there and they still charged her $6 to walk in and sit as her knee prevented her from skating.

Feral government and the slippery slope of control and spending
“feral”, yes. A republican federal government is directed by laws and regulations and held tight by the persons of that nation. This new, growing more feral government (one that shouldn’t be there) looks like a republican government, but isn’t fully democratic. Its growing outreaching powers far exceed its us, or in another vernacular – too powerful for its own good – depleting its only food source. The local fauna is destroyed due to the interloper’s hunger … pushing out other species to the point of extinction. Now is the time to recognize that this feral government is a problem and needs to be contained before more life/species and opportunities are lost.
As well meaning as the government might report itself to be and might “somewhat” believe itself to be, it crushes out valuable ideas, people, species that may never be again or in any other way duplicated to some degree. The primary problem is that the government recognizes only one idea, rather than pool ideas, sources, and resources. This is true about media. How many media sources actually report news without ‘dim relationships’ and courtships of agenda … I can think of few.

metropolis shopping
I went to Meijer today. Today it was efficient. All other times there, fast checkout were either a technology they weren't willing to pursue, or a practical impossibility. I still don't like the shopping expereince. Granted, it saves a little time rather than having to go to a store, then leave, lock doors, shop, leave, and so on, but too many people wandering around looking for ... what?
I'm sure the next stage of this trned will be to make it larger ... a whole day's worth of spending and entertainment. Wal-mart movie theater attached to Wal-Mart bowling alley, attached to Wal-E-Cheese pizzeria.
Meijer might have a gun range ... "try before you buy" shotgun rifle specialists, mini-library bookstore with Starbucks, etc.
How about a place for a shopper like me, on which sales pitches and advertisments really are ineffective. Food on left goes fresh, frozen, boxed, canned. No special boxes, no check out our bizrate tie-in webstie for a chance for money, but guaranteed spam.
