I suspected that Virginia counting was counting take about 3 years in and of itself, but supposedly the democrat won, making the Senate the leaning power of peezdoff. Now more than ever, the house and senate will be a Konami game, "Punch Out":
Body blow, body blow, right, right, body blow [ding, ding, ding]
left, right, left, right, left, right, uppercut, body blow, left, right
How many rounds are there? The game is endless, get my point?
This brings us to the 2008 contest of money, baggage, lies, and conveniences. Rumsfeld is leaving and Bush will be exiting in 2008 later to be called unforgiven (I thought "whipping boy done wrong"), unlike Clinton who came out of swimming in his own fecal matter, still okay with only minor bruises.
What I used to think was that it would be McCain vs Clinton, but that isn't certain, as there are other hopefuls that have potential. With Clinton running, the Republicans will have an interesting play come game time. In one direction, they could call their helpers and ensure that she doesn't get the nomination for the party or ensure it knowing that people don't want a second round of that. No, thanks! I'm driving.
The polls should be even fatter next round as either people will try desperately to keep the balance or the parties will tear each other apart and again the senate and house will be lopsided, even more than it is now. I do hope with this things as they are that people do seek knowledge from reading rather than from media blowhards making windy tales (usually posterior external sphynter msucle born). Perhaps then people will vote, since they might be aggitated and peeved that things "ain't goin' right".
I know that MR predicts high potential for Liberman, while I hope that McCain (whom I wanted after Clinton) gets the nomination and wins. I think we'all loose if dem Arkansas folks get in dere again. That would give Bill more access to rooms where he shouldn't be. He'll then have a book, "My Life Continues" with limo exploits and other unmentionable.
I did listen to the audio book for sound bite purposes, but cancelled that project. I got through few chapters, but ended it. As he wasn't truthful in office, it's hard to know what in the book was factual. If true, his mother not tolerating racism in her house, was a nice bit of trivia that does tend to form a person's thinking. Something people tend to forget is that writing the book then reading it himself was not only ego-boosting, but ego masturbatory, in that he could stroke off to the number of hours he worked on it and that others heard his tale.
His is an ego enlarged with masturbatory dreams of not only sex, but power and control; especially in duping people with lies and using charisma that woos the feint of intelligence or the quickly awestruck.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.

What was Garfield doing?
Well, if you want, you can put together your own Garfield comic, here. It is very limited, like a kid's MAC school app with piece together -- grow four sizes, rotate, print, but it's fun to work with for a little bit.

most worthless
I found another -- low ranking for a reason -- jobsearch engine. What a piece of junk. No upload or proper resume' creation and the listings for jobs were without dates. I would go on, but suffice to say -- it blew chunks. Chunks is the name of my dog.

Congressional, Senatorial mantra
Before you accuse me ... no matter how the senate comes out, 50-50, left, right, people there will be casting stones then citing scripture when it's someone else's turn. In lighter news, CSPAN might have more colorful metaphors and seem more like prime time soaps and shows than like at any other time.
Introducing house bill AG1288.10 we have the lepperous representative from ... (scuffle begins).
Hey, this Saturday Night Live show is funny again! Oh, no ... it's the real CSPAN. I thought it was Chevy Chase doing Gerald Ford again or Chris Farley, not real representatives and senators acting like the chimps in commercials. Crud! Oh, well; back to the old drawing board.

The hated
There were 164 votes cast. You read that right, 164, representing a very small district or block. Now, the winner was a dead woman on the ballot. Her opponent must be hated, I presume. That's like going to Wal-Mart and asking everyone to vote for either the smiley face or Bob in Health & Beauty. Sorry, Bob, Smiley won. Ouch!

lying in wait
The Senate waits with bated breath on the final tally on Virginia and Montana. I think Montana is less backwoods than Virginia, certainly less densely populated. Both sides at the end will mumble under their breath, "Well, if these numbers are right ... this deal looks pretty sweet."

Lab retrievers
Indiana health inspectors lose jobs for snackin' and slackin' on the job. Gee, when you let us use these cars, I thought for sure we could do Canadian trips in them. Every year I was going to Bristish Columbia, but now ... I can't. It helped that Hoosiers were footing the fuel bill.
Unreasonable use of vehicle for non-work related travel and tracked time spent in restaurants led to dismissal of persons. What surprised me is that whe the newspaper carried the story of investigation, why the head didn't just resign then. No, he waited it out and was summarily fired. The state declined to take the day-later resignation. Go figure. The others were put on suspension (administrative leave) then fired.
I suppose there will be openings now, right?
GPS installed on cars helped the government finalize their decision to find "critical errors" in the labeling area. Labeling being the use of vehicle for work use.

defeats?
Oh, come on ... Fries for sheriff defeats Tavino? "Fries fries Tavino", now there's a headline!
Voting ... I'll have Fries with that. Okay, here's I'll announce that I did vote for Fries and he won. I felt that Tavino had some pretty flakey ideas which were countered by Fries better ideas. Neither one was perfect, but Fries looked better; Smith could catch up (ketsup). For a microcosism Matt Schomberg greeted people at the door to his districts voting. He had years in, but it was to no avail. Sadly, he lost the election. For him too, I voted.
For another seat, I voted for Pat Love, for her years of experience meant more to me than that of her opponent. Either one was good, but I wondered how, with such poor-paying position, Lopshire got the funds for such costly signs. Lopshire Flowers perhaps? Neither candidate had a degree, but were and are handling money (assessor).

win, lose, or draw
This time, I got them all. Some of the people for whom I voted won. Some of the people lost. Others were kept or replaced by a clone -- so there was a draw. It was, however, a high turnout rate at the polls, which is very good. Now, what we need is true informing so that voters are informed and not ignorant when casting votes. I can only hope.

no orcs
Political parties at war? WTH? Aren't they suppose to be persons we elect, to do the right things for America? Aren't they supposed to REPRESENT those who elected them? Warfare is just sensationalism. What a crock! I have donated money to causes. How much money have I donated to political parties in my life ... easy, $0.00. I even am happy to not check the $3 to political campaign box on my IRS return.
If they want to see battle, murder, travel to Iraq, many parts of Africa, prison, Guatemala, Venezuela, Columbia. There's war; that's real. This notion of political war means that money raised to do good, is wasted on political ads and negativity. Sure, it's their money to waste, but is it always only their money and not mine? If others check the $3 1040 box that "doesn't affect [my] return", from where does the money come? You have to wonder.
