I made an assignment for the kids to create a new Winter Olympic sport. Many of them didn't know ANY olympic sport. So sad! I did mention that there was nearly every conceivable skiing and skating event imaginable. I remember watching some olympics when I was young. Later, I grew quickly tired of it. With the mindblowing corruption of exchanging medals by the judges, I hope that they have a better criteria for judge selection this time and thereafter.
I personally like to watch Judo, but it's usually on at a time when I'm not awake or not around. I should just bring myself to tape it. I don't watch enough TV to warrant getting a TiVO.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.

Olympics 2006

Today finds me
at work again ... late call for a teacher who went into work ill. The class was okay ... bit squirrely after being off so long -- go figure.
He-who-shall-not-be-named is getting evicted due to noises and distrubances. My sister came in and told not too-unclear details of his exploits. He went into the G.P., M. D. to report problems and obsservations RE: V. D. His girlfriend apparently is adding to his collection. During this time, my mother was listening -- could take no more and left. My father has a soft spot for he-who-shall-not-be-named, and is blind-sided by that. I personally haven't like the thing in a long time.
He-who-shall-not-be-named has the nerve to berrate his mother (my sister) then ask -- more like, demand -- I want ... I gotta have ... I need ...
There really is open season on He-who-shall-not-be-named. Anyone without a more dilema concerning removal of decayed matter should contact me on this matter. If He-who-shall-not-be-named could be relocated to say ... Guatamala / Mongolia that would work just fine too.
My sister anticipates He-who-shall-not-be-named being arrested before she needs to find new housing for him. I hope that's true. It will be the beginning of a happier chapter for the family. All He-who-shall-not-be-named is destroy, damage and corrupt. It will be good to see He-who-shall-not-be-named gone away.
On a happier note: Charlie apparently misses me. I miss him as well. I hope to see him this week.
While at school I was also asked to work for another teacher on Thursday. That's great too.
When I tried to reach the teacher from today --- number is no longer in service / disconnected ... uh, oh! That's the number that the school had for the teacher.
My sister, bro-in-law and their two dogs are coming. Our adventure awaits.
