I don't take sides here, for both are bad, and they've shown it. I don't preport to be a party member, for I am not. I am a malcontent that sees too often, power abuse and illegitmate power use in ways contrary to the will of the public. If the government is supposed to be of, by and for the people, why is it so often in direct opposition to it? In government, I mean all three branches, including the judicial branch, which often goes unscathed through political sickness. Congress and Senate and President are often to blame, but rarely is the judicial branch suspect, but why?
They are appointed, not elected, and therefore not up for review or disciplining, save feloneous acts. Acts, considered misdemeanor are allowable of federal judges, as there is no dismissing them because of such crimes. Check out the history on them, find out that only felonies may get them disbarred. Local judges too share this reletive immunity from prosecution.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.
