The area is rampant with unemployment, crime, incest, poverty, poor and limited housing. What could possibly make this more ... oh! I see that they found yet another, and this time is isn't a person thing. Toxic waste found in center near low-cost housing and a school with the most at-risk students. I think this area should be renamed Bangladesh.
