So, let me get this straight. The tranquilizers disabled the priest from making decisions, leading him to molest Foley, who in turn, under Helsinki Syndrome (victim duplicating crime upon another) sought to engage in sex with minors. Oh, so the tranquilizers are to blame rather than the people involved, the so-called adults, who should take responsibility for their actions. I see. I also, disagree. They did it.
