Qualifications for this position include:Root cause analysis
Basic computer skills including Access
Able to manage a diverse group of people and motivate staff to work together as one team
Good manufacturing experience and able to identify process improvements
Foundry experience strongly preferred and/or experience with metals/alloys
Heat treat experience a plus
Strong communication skills and charismatic
Proven track record of delivering results
Non-Union experience or both
Hands-on manager with financial knowledge with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement background
Duties and responsibilities:
Fast paced; results drivenEfficient communication with supervisors and Master Technicians (Lead Person)
Daily monitoring of throughput in the module/plant with continuous flow and 0 backlog focus
Manage 4 Supervisors – 24/7 operation with 4 teams (2 day and 2 night shift teams working 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am)
Ensure training, problem-solving, and process improvements are completed with aide of Master Techs
