Well, that's how it should have been used. Police in Washington find a transient's bunker. They believe he is responsible for the knife-point rape of an eleven year old girl. I believe that the police should have kept him in his hovel and shouted, "Fire in the hole", before dropping in a few flashbangs, tear gas, and incindary devices. Like groundhog Salem ... if the perp comes out of the hole, he's guilty. If the perp stays in the hole, he's innocent for six more weeks.
