Someone's wish upon a star came true

Well, I, at least, was wrong.  Ken Lay did have a heart.
Now, more nasty humor:
Ken lays dead (Ken Lay's dead),
His money outlived him,
awaiting sentencing in his vacation home -- his vacation time ran out,
serving 20 years was too long of a sentence,
"...no indication that he had suffered any adverse health effects", well, that is except for his death.
Ken can now generally be found, just lying around
