My charger is going bad. I went online to buy one.
I couldn't find it.
"You can't buy it online", said a tech support man.
Let me get this straight. An integral part of my computer ... can't be easily bought?
No.
I bought one, after being on the phone for 1 hour with two tech support guys and 1 sales parts guy -- $80 after shipping and taxes
I called customer service and got, "Do you want to buy the part or not" -- nothing like, what can we do for you ... anything.
Skip Dell. It is my last purchase with them.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.
