Ouch game

Charlie, while at Dave's last night; was daring the ouch game. You know, skating around in precarious action/inaction waiting for that thrill of possible injury -- better when it is others.
In this game, he was wheeling around on a scooter in the wood fishined kitchen around adults with exposed toes -- no shoes. I found myself to be the only victim.
Coupled with this was his illness, his cough, at the same (illness) stage of William's, who was also coughing a bit.
Not to be outdone, Andrew spit up a few times -- babies do that.

Are you contending that he was AWARE that he might hurt someone, but presumed to make the injuries seem incidental to avoid punishment?

that little scamp.

Another relevant part of this story is Jake.
Jake was Lori's dog who played the "ouch" game, whereupon whenever Lori would say ouch Jake would do one or more of the following actions:

bite the person he didn't know, or knew the least
bite the offending party making Lori say ouch
jump in between the person and Lori
...
Unlike Jake, however, Charlie apologized when he ran over my toes, mildly. He doesn't like to hurt people, that I have seen. He does like to win!

Also ... perhaps only Tracey saw it. Much like Lori, his throw of the toy gushy ball went right into my groin. It reminded me quite a bit of Lori's grand -- great throw with the tennis ball. She does throw like a girl, but not that time.

I didn't do much but soak in pain for 5 some minutes. Everyone got a laugh, at my groin's expense.
