especially when they keep you from flying out of a trampoline net and onto solid pavement. Ouch! Charlie did just that tonight! Bounce, bounce -- [bounce out hit], back onto his feet stumbling around, picked up by Daddy (all within the spanse of 6 seconds).
The emergency room crew stated that he was okay.
Gradually degenerating into ignorance and complacency.

Grass
Boy oh boy! I love the smell of wet, rotting grass. Yumm... yummmm .... puke! Ah, the trash man gets this waste and Waste Management can have it! Eww!! Biodegradable and foul! Animals eat this do they?

I saw this in '99
Hologram, as it were, only if viewed from above. I was at a teacher's science convention and they had one of these things. Neat!

War of the Worlds 07 AD (series)
After some work, the US has discovered a NEO (Near Earth Object) approaching. Its speed is difficult to determine. Other nations are verifying the object. Best guess conjectures are that the object will be close to Earth within 3 days. It is relatively small and a wonder that it was found, still its course leads it to strike Earth fairly directly, which would cause a possible global change.
The object is of indeterminate material, appearing oblong, but few other details are available. The US has not announced plans for safety or intercept of object. The Japanese are scrambling to prep a rocket for investigation, but local storms are likely to scrub any misison.
