It beat the loose-fitting pants off the first one. It was a little better than OK with hints about Hulk if you liked the character:

I would suggest if you like CGI hero movies, watch this one.
Wow! You LIKED IT? I haven't seen it yet, but I'm telling you right now I HATE it! It had bad...uh.. CINEMATOGRAPHY! The KEY GRIP and GAFFER were all FUCKED UP! I'll spew more hate after I actually see it.
